Rental Policy
Payment Policy: All Rates are quoted in US Dollar. Rates are for 4 guests a week. The rate for additional guests(>4)is US$ 50 per week. monthly basis only.
All rental fees include 12% tourist tax. You can pay by Personal Check, Cashier's Check, Money Order, Wire Transfer or Traveler's Checks (transfer fees are paid by the renter).
We do also accept credit card payments through PayPal.com with an additional 3% surcharge for US credit cards and a 4% surcharge for foreign credit cards.
By paying with a credit card you agree to pay the surcharge at the latest at time of arrival. All payments are to be made in US Dollars.
A deposit of 30% of the rent is required to hold a property reservation and is due at time of reservation. The reservation is only valid after receipt of the first deposit.
An additional deposit of 30% of the rent is due 90 days prior to arrival. The final balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Keys are only handed out after receipt of full payment.
The house is subject to a one time cleaning fee of US$ 100.00, payable at arrival.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your rental agreement, it is important that we are notified immediately in writing by fax or e-mail.
The following cancellation charges apply.
• Up to 91 days prior to arrival the handling fee is US$ 100.00.
• 61-90 days prior to arrival the handling charge is US$ 300.00.
• 30-60 days prior to arrival the cancellation fee is 50% of the rental fee.
• If you have to cancel your reservation within 30 days of your arrival, we cannot refund your payment unless the rental unit is re-rented for the entire period. If the rental unit is re-rented for the entire period of your reservation and at equal conditions, you will only be charged a cancellation fee of
US$ 200.00.
The security deposit is not subject to any cancellation charges and will be refunded in full. No rental refunds are given for early departure.
We reserve the right to cancel any reservation where we believe that the information supplied to us regarding the identity of any or all persons listed on the rental agreement is incorrect or not true. Your deposit will be refunded minus a handling fee of US$ 300.00.
Rules: Pets are not permitted. Smoking is not permitted in the house.
